Principal Investigator

Dr. Arun S. Moorthy is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Forensic Science at Trent University. He received his B.Eng. (Chemical and Bioengineering) from McMaster University in 2010, and his M.Sc. and Ph.D. (Biophysics) from the University of Guelph in 2012/2015. Arun then spent 1-year as a Postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Food Science at the University of Guelph, and 7-years (2016 – 2023) as a Mathematical Statistician in the Mass Spectrometry Data Center at the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
