System requirements: Windows operating system

Usage:

To use the NIST/NIJ DART-MS Data Interpretation tool, simply double click "run-DIT.bat". A command window will temporarily appear, followed by a window (or tab) of your systems default internet browser (network connection not necessary). After less than 20 seconds, the DIT should be fully loaded and ready for use. To close the DIT, simply exit out of your browser and all underlying processes will automatically end. Subsequent launches of the DIT will be faster as your browser caches certain information. Multiple instances of the DIT can be launched by double clicking the "run-DIT.bat" file.

To use the xlsx2csv converter (for transforming data from excel sheets to CSV files appropriate for use with the DIT), simply double click "run-xlsx2csv.bat". A command window will temporarily appear, followed by a window (or tab) of your systems default internet browser (network connection not necessary).
